Audials Tunebite is a Windows recording and conversion suite that captures music, video, and online radio from streaming services and saves them as standard files. It re-records playback in real time, then tags, converts, and exports the result for offline use on your own devices.
Offline Library – Keep streamed music and video locally.
Format Freedom – Convert files for almost any device.
Tidy Tracks – Automatic tags, artwork and clean filenames.
Lossless Audio – Records FLAC quality where sources permit.
One Tool – Record, convert, tag and burn together.
Audials Tunebite records and converts music, audio, and video from streaming services, websites, and online radio, then saves them as standard files on your Windows PC. Instead of cracking copy protection, it re-records the playback in real time, so it captures whatever your player or sound card outputs. The built-in converter then changes recordings into formats like MP3, AAC, FLAC, or MP4 for offline use. The Platinum edition adds video, movie, and DVD handling, while the Premium edition stays focused on audio.
The core split is simple: Premium handles audio only, while Platinum adds full video, movie, and DVD recording and conversion. Both editions record music streams, audiobooks, and online radio, and both convert audio into formats such as MP3, WMA, AAC, and FLAC. Only Platinum can record video-on-demand streams, re-record protected DVDs, and convert video files for phones or tablets. If you only want music and audiobooks, Premium is enough; if you also want films and DVD backups, you need Platinum.

For audio, Audials Tunebite exports to MP3, WMA, WMA Pro, OGG, WAV, M4A/AAC, and FLAC, and it can produce lossless FLAC when the source quality allows it. The Platinum edition adds video output, converting recordings for PCs, smartphones, tablets, and iPhones using device-specific profiles. Recorded music is automatically split into separate tracks and tagged with ID3 data, cover art, and titles. That matters when you want a single streaming session saved as cleanly named individual song files instead of one long recording.
Audials Tunebite does not strip or break DRM; it captures the audio and video as they actually play, then saves the output as a new unprotected file. Because it records the real playback signal, output quality depends on what the service delivers, so a standard-definition stream cannot be turned into HD. For some high-resolution services such as Tidal HiFi or Amazon HD, you need that service's desktop app installed rather than only its web player. This re-recording approach is what lets it work across many services without targeting any single protection system.
Audials Tunebite is Windows-only, so there is no Mac version, and the companion Android and iOS apps only stream live radio and podcasts instead of recording streams. Recordings are meant as private copies for personal use, not for redistribution or commercial purposes. If you mainly need music and audiobooks, the audio-only Premium edition avoids paying for the video tools in Platinum. Buyers coming from mobile-transfer tools should also note that cross-device phone-to-phone or WhatsApp transfer is not part of this product.
Yes. It includes device profiles that convert files for PCs, smartphones, tablets, and iPhones, and it can export or sync recordings to cloud storage. This is useful when you record an album on your PC and want it playable on a phone without reformatting it manually.
Yes. Tunebite includes a built-in CD and DVD burner, so you can write recorded or converted files straight to disc. The Platinum edition also copies and re-records protected DVDs into device-ready video files.
