Three separate 2021 products for one Windows workstation: the Office suite, the diagramming application and the scheduling application, installed side by side out of the same release.
Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher as installed desktop applications. Access and Publisher are among the applications the smaller Office 2021 editions leave out; Microsoft states that the Teams client app is no longer part of the installation.
Microsoft Visio 2021 Professional – Diagramming with templates for network, process and database work, including BPMN 2.0 and UML 2.5. Shapes linked to Excel or SQL Server data are among the capabilities Visio Standard 2021 does not offer; there is no macOS version.
Microsoft Project 2021 Professional – Scheduling with Gantt views, baselines and built-in reports on tasks, costs and progress. Resource management and syncing with Project Server or Project Online separate it from Project Standard 2021; both server platforms need their own licence.
This product is not posted to the MS account and is not transferable to other devices.
This product allows a one-time activation for one device. Once used, it cannot be used again, not even for the same device.
In stock
Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote.
Access and Publisher – Database and page-layout programs, Windows only.
Visio Professional – Data-linked diagrams, BPMN 2.0 and UML 2.5.
Project Professional – Scheduling, resource management and timesheet entry.
One install family – All three use Click-to-Run setup.
Important – No Teams client, no macOS versions.
Microsoft treats these three as parts of one 2021 release: the same Click-to-Run installation technology, the same supported systems, and a sample configuration file in the Office Deployment Tool that installs Office Professional Plus, Visio Professional and Project Professional in a single pass. The working link between them runs through Excel and Visio: Project's Visual Reports produce their output as Excel PivotTables or Visio PivotDiagrams, and Visio's data-linked shapes read the same workbooks.
Same 2021 release – Microsoft documents and installs all three together.
Visual reports – Project renders schedule data in Excel or Visio.
Excel-linked shapes – Visio shapes read live Excel workbook data.
Matching architecture – All three must share one bit version.
Same update channel – Required for products on the same computer.
Combined price – Lower than three keys bought separately.
Yes, and Microsoft documents the combination directly. All three are supported on devices running Windows 10 or Windows 11 and all three install with Click-to-Run rather than the older Windows Installer. Two conditions apply on a shared machine: every installed product must match in bit version — Microsoft's own example is that a 32-bit Visio cannot be installed alongside a 64-bit Office — and all products on the computer must use the same update channel. Microsoft's installation guidance goes one step further and names a sample configuration file for buyers who have purchased Office Professional Plus 2021, Visio Professional 2021 and Project Professional 2021, which installs the set in one run.
Install Office 2021 Professional Plus first, then Visio and Project into the finished installation. The reason is the bit version: whichever product lands first sets the architecture, and the deployment tool matches later installations to what is already there, so a 64-bit Office followed by a 32-bit Visio simply will not install. Microsoft also recommends removing existing versions of Office before installing the 2021 release, and that removal takes older Visio and Project installations with it, which is why the suite belongs at the start rather than in the middle. Where the update channel does not match, the setup stops with the message that the product cannot be installed on the selected update channel — a case reported repeatedly in Microsoft's own support Q&A when a 2021 product is added to a machine running a differently serviced Office.
Mainly through Project's Visual Reports and Visio's data links. In Project, the Visual Reports dialog on the Report tab offers report templates that open either in Excel as PivotTables or in Visio as PivotDiagrams, and the dialog lets you filter the list to Excel templates or Visio templates. In the other direction, Visio 2021 links diagram shapes to data from Excel, SharePoint lists and SQL Server, refreshes them on demand, and can generate organisation charts from an Excel table — Microsoft notes that creating diagrams from Excel data requires a licensed desktop version of the Office applications. Without the Office half of this bundle, both paths lose the application that renders the result.
It fits a workstation where one body of work has to leave the building in three formats. The concrete case is a planning or engineering office: the schedule with dependencies and resource assignments lives in Project, the process chart or network layout lives in Visio, the tender text and the cost sheet live in Word and Excel, and the monthly status report is generated straight out of the schedule into an Excel PivotTable or a Visio PivotDiagram instead of being retyped. That argument only holds where all three kinds of document actually occur. If nobody in the company draws a technical diagram or plans a multi-week schedule with dependencies, Office 2021 Professional Plus on its own covers the work and the other two applications sit unused.
Whenever one of the three is already on the machine, or one of them is not needed at all. A PC that already runs a current Office suite needs only the Visio and Project keys, and an office that produces diagrams but no schedules should buy Office and Visio and leave Project out. There is also a case where this bundle is the wrong purchase entirely: on a computer running the subscription version of the Office applications, adding perpetual 2021 products runs into the rule that everything installed must share one update channel, so the matching subscription versions of Visio and Project are the sensible route there. And if nobody links a diagram to a data source or manages a shared resource pool, the Standard editions of Visio and Project cover the remaining work for less.
The Microsoft 365 services and several capabilities buyers expect to find in this product family. Microsoft states that Office LTSC 2021 no longer includes the Teams client app, and that Office bought once does not include any of the services that come with Microsoft 365, such as Exchange Online or SharePoint Online. On the Visio side, the Data Visualizer templates that build a finished flowchart automatically from an Excel process table are listed under Visio Plan 2 rather than the 2021 desktop edition, and co-authoring a diagram with a colleague requires Microsoft 365 or SharePoint underneath it. Project Professional can sync with Project Server or Project Online, but both are separate platforms with their own licences. Neither Visio nor Project has a macOS desktop version, and Access and Publisher are Windows-only applications.

No. Microsoft lists Visio and Project as separate products with their own installations, which is why they form the second and third parts of this bundle. Office 2021 Professional Plus contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access and Publisher, and none of those replaces a diagramming or scheduling application.
Yes, both run as standalone applications on Windows 10 and Windows 11. What stops working is the exchange between them: Project's Visual Reports need Excel or Visio installed to render the report, and Microsoft notes that creating Visio diagrams from Excel data requires a licensed desktop version of the Office applications.
For simple diagramming and single-schedule planning, often yes. The Professional editions add the pieces this bundle is built around: linking Visio shapes to Excel and SQL Server data, and managing resources and timesheets in Project rather than tasks alone. If neither of those appears in your workflow, the Standard editions cover the same ground for less.

Trading in these product keys is permissible in the European Union and in Switzerland under current case law, provided that the necessary conditions are met. These conditions are as follows:
This trade is legally permissible because the underlying license was already placed on the market with the consent of the rightholder within the EU/EEA or Switzerland in return for appropriate remuneration. As a result, the so-called principle of exhaustion has taken effect, which permits the resale of individual product keys — in particular those originating from volume license agreements. Microsoft or the respective software provider has already received appropriate remuneration for this.
keys.express and keys.discount ensure that the aforementioned conditions are met and that the lawful use of the software is guaranteed. The requirements arising from European legislation are also observed in Switzerland.
Important note: The acquisition of a product key through the transmission of a combination of numbers and letters in digital form does not, in itself, constitute a license for the lawful use of the program. The license only arises from the respective installation and the associated acceptance of the manufacturer's terms of use.
