1. Uninstalling Older Office versions: In the Windows search bar, type Control Panel and click on it.

2. Go to Programs and click Uninstall a program to remove any previous versions of Microsoft Office.

3. Click on the Office version, and then click on Uninstall

4. On the User Account Control Popup click Yes to answer "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device"

5. Click Yes

6. Waiting Uninstall Progress

7. Click Close

Go to our Download Center by following the link from your order.
8. Click a Green Link to start downloading the Microsoft Core App .iso or .exe file. We recommend downloading the 64-bit version .iso installer.

Open the folder where you downloaded the installer to.

9. Double click the .iso file in your computer to mount a virtual drive. Then, click in your Virtual Drive to open the folder

If you see a Security Warning, click Open

10. Then SHIFT+right click on the start.bat file, and in the context menu (11) click on Run as administrator.
Note: DO NOT RUN SETUP.EXE

Click Run on the following Security Warning

12. Click Yes on the following pop up

13. Wait for a moment, you may or may not see a splash screen

14. Congratulations, Microsoft Office has been installed in your computer. Click on Close

15. Click on the Start Menu in Windows, then search for the Core App you installed (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
16. Click on the App Icon > Open

18. In Word go to File > Account
19. If you are signed in to a Microsoft Account, sign out. Then click on Change Product key.
19. Go to the email we sent you and Copy the Product Key for your Office product.

20. and 21. Paste the Product Key into the field in the Office pop-up window, and then click on Activate Office button

22. If you see a popup click on Close/Accept and then restart the Core App.

23. Click on File

24. and 25. Click on Account, then check in the Product Activation section that says Product Activated
