If you accidentally selected the wrong star rating on Trustpilot, you can edit your review yourself at any time.
Log in to Trustpilot #
Go to Trustpilot.com and click Log in.
Use the same email address that you used when you submitted the review.
If you do not remember creating a Trustpilot account, that is not unusual. Trustpilot may have created an account for you when you submitted your review. Simply enter your email address and follow the sign-in instructions. Trustpilot may send you a verification code by email, so you may not need an existing password.
Open your reviews #
After logging in, open your profile or account menu.
Select My reviews.
Choose between Service Review and Product Reviews. There are 2x different sections below explaining each case.
Change a Service Review #
Find your Keys.Express Service review, look for the review you submitted for Keys.Express or for the relevant product.
Edit the review #
Click Edit or Edit review next to the review.
Change the star rating #
Select the correct number of stars.
You can also update the review text if needed.
Save your changes #
Save the changes by clicking on Submit updated review.
Your corrected rating will soon appear on Trustpilot.

Change a Product Review #
Select Product Reviews at the top
Scroll down until you find the product review you need to change and click Edit
On the next screen click Edit Review
Adjust the Total rating, Quality and/or Value star ratings as needed. You can also change the text.
Click Submit updated review to save
Your corrected rating will soon appear on Trustpilot.

If You Cannot Log In to Trustpilot #
Use the same email address that received the Trustpilot review invitation. In most cases, this is the same email address you used for your Keys.Express order.
If you do not know your password, use Trustpilot’s Forgot password option or sign in using your email address.
Important: Keys.Express cannot edit a customer’s Trustpilot review. Only the person who submitted the review can change it.
