The decisive difference is the machine type each licence is allowed to protect: Security for Servers covers server workloads, Security for Workstations covers user devices. Which limitations should you know before buying?

The licence covers server workloads only, so desktops, laptops and Macs are not protected by it and need their own licence type. Does this licence protect Microsoft Exchange mailboxes?

No. Exchange Protection is a separate GravityZone module with its own antimalware, antispam and content filtering for the mail flow. Security for Servers protects the Windows Server operating system underneath Exchange, but it does not scan mailboxes or the message queue.

Can detections be forwarded to a SIEM?
