This guide provides a detailed step-by-step installation process for Stellar Migrator for Outlook on Windows. Each step includes one official Stellar reference.
Confirm your PC meets the tool’s specifications (64-bit Windows, RAM, and disk space) as listed in the Technical Specifications.
Go to the Stellar Migrator for Outlook product page and click Free Download / Buy Now to get the Windows installer (.exe). Save it to your computer.
Locate your downloaded setup file (e.g., StellarMigratorForOutlook_Setup.exe) in the Downloads folder. Double-click the file and allow Windows to approve any security/UAC prompts.
In the installer: click Next, accept the License Agreement, select or confirm the installation folder, then click Install. Once complete, click Finish.
Open Stellar Migrator for Outlook from the Start menu or desktop shortcut to confirm successful installation.
Within the app, open Activate, enter your license key, and complete activation. For assistance, use Stellar’s Activation Assistance page.
Note: Stellar Migrator for Outlook is a Windows-only application designed to migrate PSTs to Microsoft 365/Office 365 using modern authentication.
