1. Download the Installer
- Go to the KeyExpress Download Center (link in your invoice).
- Click the Download File
- Save the file on your Computer.
2. Install the Software
- Double-click setup.exe
- Right-click → Run as Administrator (recommended)
- Follow the wizard:
- Select language
- Accept license agreement
- Enter serial number (during install OR after launch, depending on version)
- Choose installation type:
- Typical (Recommended)
- Custom (advanced users)
- Choose install location
- Click Install
Note: Some versions (especially Dragon 13) may ask for the serial number after installation, not during
3. Activate Your Product
- Launch Dragon
- Activation prompt appears
- Choose:
- Automatic activation (internet)
- OR Manual activation (offline via activation code)
- System validates:
- Serial number
- Machine-based (hardware-locked)
- License is activated
4. Complete First-Time Setup
After activation, finalize your setup:
- Create a user profile (name, language, accent)
- Set up and test your microphone
- Complete optional voice training (especially important for older versions like NaturallySpeaking 13)
