This guide explains how to activate Ashampoo Photo Recovery 2. Each step includes one official Ashampoo reference.
Download and install Ashampoo Photo Recovery 2 using the official installer from the product page or purchase email.
Once installed, open Ashampoo Photo Recovery 2. A trial or activation window will appear.
Enter the license key you received after purchase in the activation dialog, then click Activate.
If you see an error like "key already activated", log in to your Ashampoo account, reset the license for this product, then retry activation.
If you don’t have an Ashampoo account, choose Activate with Ashampoo account. Enter your email, license key, and create a password. Confirm via the email link to complete activation.
If no internet connection is available: enter your license key, generate an offline code, then email it with your key to activation@ashampoo.com. Enter the offline code you receive to finish activation.
