Installation Guide for RarLab WinRAR 6.11

Step 1: Download WinRAR 6.11

1. Visit the official KeyExpress Download Center, the link in your email.
2. Select the correct version for your system:
   • Windows 64-bit
   • Windows 32-bit
3. Click the download file.
4. Wait for the installer file to finish downloading.

Step 2: Install WinRAR 6.11

1. Open the downloaded .exe installer file.
2. If Windows asks for permission, click Yes.
3. Click Install.
4. Choose optional settings:
   • Installation folder
   • File associations (RAR, ZIP, 7Z, etc.)
   • Desktop shortcut
5. Click OK.
6. Click Done to complete the installation.

Step 3: Activate / Register WinRAR

WinRAR uses a license file named: rarreg.key

1. Make sure WinRAR is closed.
2. Locate the provided rarreg.key file.
3. Copy the rarreg.key file.
4. Paste it into the WinRAR installation folder:

C:\Program Files\WinRAR\

5. Reopen WinRAR.
6. WinRAR will automatically become registered.

Step 4: Verify Registration

1. Open WinRAR.
2. Click:

Help → About WinRAR

3. You should see:

Registered to: Your Name

This confirms successful activation.
