Installation Guide for NordLocker / NordPass Premium Password Manager

Step 1: Download the Software

1. Visit the KeyExpress Download Center using the link provided in your invoice email.
2. Click Download File for your operating system: Windows or macOS
3. Download the installer file to your computer.

Step 2: Install the Software

For Windows

1. Open the downloaded .exe installer file.
2. If Windows security prompts appear, click Yes.
3. Follow the installation wizard.
4. Click Install.
5. Wait for the installation to finish.
6. Launch the software after installation completes.

For macOS

1. Open the downloaded .dmg file.
2. Drag the app into the Applications folder.
3. Open the software from Applications.
4. If macOS blocks the app:
   • Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security
   • Click Allow Anyway
5. Launch the application.

Step 3: Activate Using a License Key

1. Open the Nord activation page: Nord Account Activation Page
2. Enter:
   • Your activation/license key
   • Your email address
3. Click Continue.
4. Verify your email using the 6-digit code sent to your inbox.
5. If you already have a Nord Account:
   • Enter your existing password
   • The subscription/license will be added automatically
6. If you are a new user:
   • Create a Nord Account password
   • Complete account setup
7. Download and install the software if you have not already done so.
8. Log in using the same Nord Account email and password.

Your premium subscription/features should activate automatically after login.

Note:

NordPass Premium Password Manager:  After logging in, you may need to create a Master Password and save your Recovery Code. You may also install the NordPass browser extension for easier password saving and autofill.

NordLocker: After logging in, you may need to complete the encrypted storage setup and create/save your recovery details if requested. Your premium storage/security features should be available once the subscription is linked to your Nord Account.
