Installation Guide for TeamViewer (Business / Premium / Corporate / Remote Access)

1. Purchase & Activation Email

After purchasing a TeamViewer license, you will receive an activation email from TeamViewer.

  • Open the email
  • Click “Activate” / “Confirm account”

2. Activate Your License (Account Setup)

If you are a NEW user:

  1. Open the activation email.
  2. Click “Activate” or “Confirm account”.
  3. Create a password → this automatically:
    • Creates your TeamViewer account
    • Activates your license
  4. Continue setup.

If you already have an account:

  1. Click the activation link.
  2. Sign in with your TeamViewer credentials.
  3. Click Activate to link the license to your account.

3. Download & Install TeamViewer

  1. Go to the KeyExpress download center (link in your invoice email)
  2. Download TeamViewer Full Client
  3. Run the installer:
    • Open the setup file
    • Click Next / Continue
    • Accept EULA & Privacy Policy
  4. Complete installation

4. Sign In to Activate on Device

  1. Open TeamViewer application
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your TeamViewer account credentials
  4. Your license is now active on the device

5. Setup (Varies by License Type)

For Remote Access Users

(For accessing your own computers)

  • On each device:
    • Click “Assign to account”
    • Enable Easy Access (Unattended Access)
  • Devices will appear in your device list

For Business / Premium / Corporate Users

(For support teams or multi-device environments)

  • Open TeamViewer Management Console
  • (Optional but recommended):
    • Set up company profile
    • Add users/team members
  • Add devices:
    • Go to DevicesAdd device

6. Start Using TeamViewer

You can now:

  • Connect using Device List (recommended)
  • Or use ID + Password for quick sessions
