1. Go to the ESET Home for the official download page or your Keys.Express portal and click “ESET HOME Security Premium” to download the installer.
2. Locate the downloaded file — eset_internet_security_live_installer — in your Downloads folder.
3. Double-click the file to run it and select Yes when prompted by User Account Control.
4. Click Continue on the welcome screen.
5. Check the recommended options and click Allow all and continue.
6. Sign in to your ESET HOME account or click Skip login.
7. Choose Use a purchased activation key.
8. Enter your activation key and click Continue.
9. Confirm installation by clicking Continue again.
10. Wait for the installation to finish and click Done.

Detailed Walkthrough

From the Keys.Express portal, select your product: Then click the green ESET HOME Security Premium download link on the right panel.

Download for MacOS / Download directly from ESET Home portal

1. Log in to your ESET HOME account.
2. Click Add protection.
   
3. Choose a member for whom you want to download an ESET home or small office product according to the operating system and subscription.
   
4. Select a subscription, eg. ESET Home Security Ultimate > Continue
5. Click protect this device > Continue
   
6. Expand the Antivirus section and click Download antivirus. ESET HOME will download the ESET home or small office product according to your operating system and your subscription.
   
7. Click Got it

Installation

Once downloaded, open your Downloads folder. Look for the file named eset_internet_security_live_installer.

Double-click the installer file. A User Account Control window will appear asking permission to make changes. Click Yes to proceed.

The installer will open with the ESET Security window. Click Continue to begin the installation.

After clicking Continue, the installer will begin downloading the necessary installation package.

You’ll see protection options such as: Select Allow all and continue to accept the recommended settings and license terms.

You can: Log in with your ESET HOME account, Or click Skip login if you prefer not to sign in.

Select Use a purchased activation key. This allows you to activate the product using the key you received with your purchase.

Enter your activation key in the field provided and click Continue.

Review the installation summary. Click Continue to start installing the program.

Once the setup completes, you’ll see a confirmation message. Click Done to finish.
