Cause: In principle, the problem with all Office versions (including Visio and Project) is that you must always have the same versions if they are to be installed in parallel on one system. There are two variants.
The first is the “click and go” variant, which does not require a Microsoft account for activation and is always activated within the program itself.

The second option is the retail versions. These are registered in your Microsoft account at https://setup.office.com/ (marked with a chain symbol in our shop) or activated in the program itself (without a chain symbol). However, both types require a Microsoft account. Examples of this are:

Solution:
The program to be installed must be replaced with the “Click and Go” version, or the installed program must be replaced with the retail version.
