Průvodce instalací pro Kaspersky Next EDR (Expert / Foundations / Optimum - Base & Base Plus)

Note: Kaspersky solutions in the Next EDR family are deployed and managed centrally through Kaspersky Security Center.

Prepare the Management Environment

1. Create or log in to your Kaspersky Business Hub / Security Center account.
2. Install:
   • Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server
   • Web Console (optional but recommended)
     This server will centrally deploy endpoint protection components.

Add License / Activate Product

1. Open Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console.
2. Go to Licenses.
3. Add the purchased activation key and assign it to devices.

Create Installation Packages

1. In Security Center console open:
   Discovery & Deployment → Deployment & Assignment → Installation Packages.
2. Import or create installation packages for:
   • Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows
   • Kaspersky Endpoint Agent (EDR component)
3. Select the required components (EDR agent, protection modules, etc.).

Deploy Protection to Endpoints

1. Launch Protection Deployment Wizard.
2. Select the installation package.
3. Choose target computers / device groups.
4. Start remote deployment from Security Center.

(Alternatively, installation can be done locally using the setup wizard or command line.)

Configure Policies and EDR Features

1. After installation, create Endpoint Agent / Endpoint Security policies.
2. Configure:
   • Threat reporting
   • Incident monitoring
   • EDR features depending on license (Foundations / Optimum / Expert).

Verify Deployment

• Confirm endpoints appear in Security Center with installed protection.
• Monitor alerts and events to ensure the solution is active.
