This guide explains how to install and set up Stellar BitRaser Mobile Eraser & Diagnostics. Each step includes one official Stellar/BitRaser reference.
Confirm your Windows PC meets the minimum system requirements for installation.
Use the download link provided after purchase or sign in to BitRaser Cloud to download the Windows setup file.
Locate the downloaded setup file in your Downloads folder and double-click it to begin the installation.
Accept the License Agreement, select an installation directory, and click Install to complete the setup.
Once installed, launch BitRaser Mobile Eraser & Diagnostics from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
On first run, log in to your BitRaser Cloud account to acquire licenses.
Connect your smartphone or tablet to the PC using a USB cable. The app will detect the device automatically.
For Android devices, enable Developer Options and USB debugging to proceed with diagnostics or erasure.
Verify your Mac meets the supported macOS versions and hardware specifications.
Download the DMG installer from the link provided after purchase or from your BitRaser Cloud account.
Open the DMG file, drag the application into the Applications folder, and accept the EULA.
Start BitRaser Mobile Eraser & Diagnostics from the Applications folder on your Mac.
Log in with your BitRaser Cloud credentials to activate and acquire licenses on macOS.
Connect your mobile device using USB. For Android, enable USB debugging to proceed with diagnostics or data erasure.
