Why is my phone not recognised by TunesGo?

If the computer sees the device but TunesGo does not, Wondershare's support guidance is to swap the USB cable and switch the connection mode on the phone, for example from Charge Only to MTP or Send Images. On Android, USB debugging has to be enabled before the driver installation completes. Most detection tickets are resolved at this level rather than by reinstalling the software.

Can TunesGo recover deleted files or remove a locked screen?
