The upgrade process of Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional is the same as the upgrade process of Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Professional. Please read the whole step by step guide bevor starting the process and save it for later (as picture or screenshot), as you will disable the internet connection during the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To upgrade your Windows Home to Windows Professional please proceed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Start your computer and login with an account that has administrator rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Open your Windows settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on \u201cNetwork & Internet\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on \u201cChange adapter options\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Disable all shown network adapter, by right clicking on it and then on disable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Close all menus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Open your Windows settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click on \u201cUpdate & Security\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Click on \u201cActivation\u201d on the left side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Click on \u201cChange product key\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Input the key \u201cVK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Click on “Next”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Start the upgrade process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Wait for the upgrade process to finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Open your Windows settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. Click on \u201cNetwork & Internet\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. Click on \u201cChange adapter options\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. Enable all network adapter you had disabled in step 5, by right clicking on it and then on enable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. Close all menus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. Open your Windows settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  21. Click on \u201cUpdate & Security\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  22. Click on \u201cActivation\u201d on the left side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  23. Check if you have successfully changed the Windows Home to Windows Professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  24. Click on \u201cChange product key\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  25. Input your Windows Pro Key to activate your Windows Professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  26. Click on “Next”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
