Dependendo do que ele enviar, podes enviar-lhe uma nova. Podes testar se a chave vinculada ainda \u00e9 utiliz\u00e1vel se iniciares sess\u00e3o neste site com a tua pr\u00f3pria conta Microsoft.  <br\/>https:\/\/setup.office.com<br\/>O problema aqui \u00e9 que n\u00e3o podemos dizer se a chave foi activada pelo cliente ou se era um fracasso para come\u00e7ar.<br\/>\u00c9 poss\u00edvel que ele queira introduzir a chave no programa, depois de a ter introduzido na sua conta.
