Due to security reasons, two-factor authentication<\/strong> (2FA) is required when a Keys.Express customer wants to make purchases in the shop and pay by invoice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup two-factor authentication for the first time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a customer with privileges to order using pay-by-invoice option, at your next login to our shop you will be asked to setup two-factor authentication for your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in<\/strong> <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    2. The first time when you login, you will see a message banner, alerting you about the Two-Factor Authentication and a QR Code that you need to scan with your authenticator app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    You need to download the Google Authenticator<\/strong> or Authy app<\/strong> on your mobile phone and setup an account there. If you already have one of these apps, you can use it. Open the app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Add a new account in your authenticator app<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Click to scan the QR code<\/strong> displayed in the shop (see step 2 above)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    5. Write a reference<\/strong> to keys.express and your username, so you can find this code again in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    6. Remember <\/strong>the code that is displayed, eg. 099 183<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    7. Enter the code promptly <\/strong>in the shop
    8. Click Authenticate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    9. If you get an error Invalid 2FA Authentication Code<\/strong>, try again with a new code. You need to be very quick, enter the code before it expires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. If you were successful, you will see 2FA successfully set up<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. To complete your order, click on the shopping cart on the top right
    12. or click on the Keys.Express logo to go back to the home page<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customers who already have two-factor authentication enabled<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you are a customer with privileges to order using pay-by-invoice option and you have 2FA enabled, you will first be asked to login in to<\/strong> our shop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Fill in email and password, then click Sign In<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Then you will see the Two-Factor Authentication window. If you do not see this, you do not have pay-by-invoice payment method enabled (requires credit application).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Please check your Authentication App (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy) for the currently valid code:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Remember the code and enter it promptly <\/strong>in the shop
    4. click Authenticate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. After successfully logging in, you will see your Account. You can then click on the shopping cart <\/strong>icon to complete your order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
