  1. Follow the link from the invoice to our Download Center and download the Visio <\/a>or Project<\/a> package. We always recommend downloading and installing the 64-bit application. If you prefer the 32-bit version, you can select it in our Download Center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If the download is complete, you must first right-click on it and extract it all.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open the new folder and start the installation by double-clicking on the file \u201cstart\u201d. If necessary, you have to start the file with aright click on it and with \u201cRun as administrator\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If you get an error message that stated that you have an incompatible Office (Like Microsoft 365 or a Home & Business) installed on your computer, you would need to change the Program to the Visio 2019 Retail<\/a> or Project 2019 Retail<\/a>. Please contact us in that case.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. After the installation has been completed and you have verified it, you can enter the key. To do this, open Word and click on \u201cFile\u201d in the upper left corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Here you will find the sub-item \u201cAccount\u201d. There you will find on the right side of the now opened menu \u201cEnter product key\u201d or \u201cChange license\u201d. Here please enter the key from us.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
