Installation Guide for Nitro PDF Pro 14 / Standard/Plus Subscription

1) Download the Installer

1. Open the KeyExpress Download Center link provided in the Invoice.
2. Click Download.
3. Save the installer file to your computer.

2) Run the Installer

1. Locate the downloaded installer file.
2. Right-click the file and choose Run as Administrator.
3. The Nitro PDF Setup Wizard will open.
4. Accept the License Agreement.
5. Choose the installation location.
6. Select the preferred language.
7. Keep the Microsoft Office and browser plugins selected if required.
8. Click Install.
9. Wait until the installation finishes.
10. Nitro PDF will launch automatically.

3) Activation Process

A. Activation for Subscription Products (Nitro PDF Standard Subscription / Nitro PDF Plus Subscription)

1. Open Nitro PDF Pro after installation.
2. Click Log In in the top right corner.
3. Enter your Nitro account email and password.
4. If you purchased a subscription:
   • Log out and log in again to sync your license.
5. The subscription will automatically activate and unlock all features.

If you do not have an account:

1. Click Sign Up.
2. Verify your email from the Nitro confirmation message.
3. Log in to activate the subscription.

B. Activation for Nitro PDF Pro 14 (Serial License)

1. Launch Nitro PDF Pro 14.
2. Go to Help in the top menu.
3. Click About Nitro PDF Pro.
4. Select Activate.
5. Enter:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Serial number
6. Click Activate.
