There are two ways to convert the evaluation version into a full version:
Case 1: You are using Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation and want to upgrade to the full version (Windows 10 Enterprise).
Step 1: You press Win + R to open Run.
Then type: C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\skus
Step 2: You download new SKUs of Windows 10 Enterprise here .
Then extract the ZIP file and copy
the contents to C:\Windows\System32\spp\tokens\skus (The directory you opened in step 1)
Step 3: You open cmd (run as administrator)
Then copy these codes and paste them into the command line window:

cscript.exe %windir%\system32\slmgr.vbs /ckms >nul 2>&1

Done.
If you now check your Windows version again – the evaluation version has been converted to a normal Enterprise version.
You now have to reset Windows and enter a regular Windows Enterprise license key.
Case 2: You are using Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 Evaluation and want to upgrade to the full version (Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019)
Follow all the steps up to entering the code into the command line exactly as described above, and then replace the code with the following:

If you now check your Windows version, the version has changed to a normal LTSC version.
After that, Windows must be reset again and a valid license code entered.
You can also upgrade other versions of Windows Enterprise Evaluation to the full version. Simply replace the generic key with the appropriate key.
Upgrade Windows 10/11 with a generic key
The generic serial numbers have been provided by Microsoft to be able to install Windows 11. These are also interesting if you want to change versions, e.g. from the Windows 11 Home to the Pro, etc. Then you can use this key for the switch and then activate it with the existing license in the settings.
