Installation Guide for AVG Antivirus Pro for Android

1. Search for AVG Antivirus
   Open the Google Play Store on your Android device. Type “AVG Antivirus Pro” in the search bar.
2. Install the App
   Tap Install to begin downloading AVG AntiVirus & Security.
3. Open the App
   Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.  Tap Get Started on the welcome screen.
4. Choose Version
   Select Continue with Ads for the free version, or Upgrade to access the premium plan.
5. Begin Protection
   Tap Scan Now to check your device for threats.

 

Detailed Walkthrough

Open Google Play Store on your Android phone. In the search bar at the top, type “avg antivirus pro” and press the search icon.

From the search results, select AVG AntiVirus & Security by AVG Mobile. Tap the Install button to download and install the app.

Once the installation is complete, tap Open to launch the application.

You’ll see the welcome screen that says “Welcome to AVG.” Tap the Get Started button to proceed.

AVG offers two options:

• Continue with Ads — free version (includes basic protection and shows ads).
• Upgrade — premium version (no ads and full features).

Once inside the main dashboard, tap Scan Now to begin scanning your device for viruses, malware, and security threats. These features help optimize and secure your Android device.
