Installation Guide for ABBYY FineReader 15 Standard / PDF 16 Subscription

Download Installer

1. Go to the Key Express Download Center and download the FineReader installer.
2. Save the installation package (e.g., ABBYY_FineReader_PDF.exe) on your computer.

Run Setup & Installation Wizard

1. Locate the downloaded installation file.
2. Double-click the downloaded installer file to start installation.
3. The Installation Wizard opens.
4. Follow on-screen instructions:
   • Select installation language
   • Accept the license agreement
   • Choose installation folder
   • Click Install to begin setup
5. Wait until installation completes, then click Finish.

Activate the License for (ABBYY FineReader 15 Standard)

• After installation completes, launch the program.
• Enter the serial number or activate online when prompted (internet connection required).

Activate Subscription for (ABBYY FineReader PDF 16 Subscription)

• Launch the software after installation.
• Sign in with your ABBYY account or enter the subscription serial number when prompted (internet connection required).
• Activation completes automatically after successful sign-in.
