1. Uninstall all Microsoft 365 and Office from the Apps and Features. You can identify them by the red icon.
2. Download the Microsoft Tool and install it.
3. Click on the problems with a Office installation. Sometimes this step is missing.
4. Choose to uninstall all Office
5. Wait for the program to finish. It can take up to 45 minutes.
6. Let the computer restart.
7. After the restart the tool will open itself again. Click on no if it asks if you want to install Office again.
Now you can install your new Office.
